How does it work?

Request a Medical Second Opinion and get your diagnosis or treatment double-checked.

  • 1 Request a Medical Second Opinion

    Place a request throught the portal to trigger the start of the Medical Second Opinion service. A Personal Case Manager will be appointed to support you throughout the process, and will contact you within 1 working day.

  • 2 Collect medical records

    Your Case Manager will contact you to discuss your case in detail and advise you what paperwork and medical records you need to gather.

  • 3 Review of medical records

    An expert analyses the clinical information together with the information you provided on the first call and identifies the key issues.

  • 4 Select the best specialist

    Our team hand-picks a specialist who is the most knowledgeable in the field for your specific condition.

  • 5 Analyse the case

    The expert reviews the case and the supporting materials. Once reviewed, they will send an in-depth report with advice on your treatment and diagnosis.

  • 6 Review the report with a specialist

    We will send you the report and will contact you to review the content in detail by telephone.

A Medical Second Opinion can help you to understand your diagnosis and, if necessary, may recommend an alternative treatment.
